How to Export Orders from Joor, NuOrder, and Faire

Whether you're headed back from market or managing year-round wholesale orders, you'll need to get your order data out of platforms like Joor, NuOrder, and Faire. Here's exactly how to do it.

Exporting from Joor

Joor (accessed via JoorAccess.com) makes it fairly easy to download your order data once you know where to look.

Step by step:

  1. Log in to your Joor account and navigate to Orders
  2. Find the order you want to export and click to open it
  3. In the top right corner, click the Download button (the down arrow icon)
  4. A pane will slide out from the right with three options:
    • Order Summary PDF (.pdf)
    • Order Summary Excel (.xls)
    • Export Order to Size (.xls)
  5. Select "Order Summary Excel (.xls)" — this gives you the format that works with most POS systems
  6. Save the file to your computer

Pro tip: You'll need to download each order individually. While Joor does allow selecting multiple orders from the Manage Orders page, that export comes out as a limited text file — not ideal for importing into your POS.

What you'll get: An Excel file with style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities, costs, and retail prices — everything you need to create purchase orders.

Exporting from NuOrder

NuOrder's interface is a bit less intuitive, but once you know the steps, it's straightforward.

Step by step:

  1. Log in to NuOrder and navigate to Orders
  2. Click on the order you want to export
  3. In the top right area of the order, click the three-dot button (hover text says "More Actions")
  4. A dropdown menu appears with several options — select "Download Order XLS"
  5. An export box will appear that says "Click here to download your order form export" (it notes this will open in a new tab)
  6. Click the link — a new tab opens with a message: "Your data is ready"
  7. Click the Download button to save the file to your computer

Pro tip: The Download Order XLS option gives you everything you need for your POS — style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities, costs — except it doesn't include the vendor or brand name. Keep track of which file is which as you download, or rename them right away.

What you'll get: An Excel file with order details. Just note that NuOrder's exports don't include the brand name, so you'll need to know which vendor each file belongs to when importing.

Exporting from Faire

Faire has the most straightforward export process of the three platforms.

Step by step:

  1. Log in to Faire and navigate to Orders
  2. Find the order you want and click "View Details"
  3. In the top right of the order, click "Download Order"
  4. The CSV file automatically downloads to your computer

That's it — no extra steps, no pop-ups, no choosing formats.

Pro tip: CSV files can look like gibberish if you open them in a text editor. To view the data in a readable format, open the file with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet program.

What you'll get: A CSV file with product names, variants, quantities, and wholesale costs. Faire's format is clean and ready to work with.

What Comes Next?

Once you have your export files, the traditional approach is to manually enter everything into your POS. Style by style. Color by color. Size by size.

That's where most boutique owners lose hours — sometimes days — after every market trip.

There's a better way.
